The Heritage PRA announces its call Heritage 2020 for mini-grant projects dealing with the fields defined in the Heritage PRA Strategy and dissemination of their results. A mini-grant serves in particular supporting theoretical or empirical preliminary research or the implementation of other auxiliary actions, educational actions or outreach and community engagement actions for strengthening cooperation with the university’s surroundings. The projects may be carried out in any of the six priority research domains defined in the Heritage PRA Strategy (go to the “Strategy 2020 - 2025” tab on the website https://id.uj.edu.pl/heritage).

In compliance with the 4*I principle, the projects submitted to the call should be interdisciplinary, innovative and international, or rise up to the challenge of  the University’s Third Mission. The tasks may not be financed from other sources.

We welcome submissions from academic teachers or research-assistance staff (who have submitted a declaration pursuant to Article 265, section 5 of the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended)) employed by the Jagiellonian University and doctoral students of the Jagiellonian University. Both individual and collaborative submissions will be considered,

The submitted projects may receive funding of up to PLN 15,000 for a period of up to 12 months. The call’s financial envelope is PLN 850,000. The call is funded under the action “Incentives Programme.”

Submissions under the call in Polish or in English will be received from 14 December 2020 to 15 January 2021 only via the on line application system at: https://strefaid.uj.edu.pl (log in using the university account credentials).

Call results (a ranking list of projects recommended for funding) will be published on the website of the Heritage PRA within 15 working days the deadline for submissions.
