These actions are meant to start university-wide initiatives and to integrate education activities carried out in individual PRAs. In connection with the strategic goals six detailed education priorities have been named, and a catalogue of actions within each has been created.

  • Interdisciplinarity and internationalisation of education: integration of the education process for students and doctoral students with the international debate. In this area, the priority task for Educational Ecosystem is to offer systemic support to study programmes seeking international accreditations
  • EduPrograms for the Future: a change in thinking about the process of student and doctoral student education: i.e. implementing novel and innovative methods and techniques in the education process, promoted in the Student-Centred Learning approach.
  • Talent management: personalised education as a talent and success forge in research: i.e. promoting didactic formats using individual personalised learning patterns and strategies of supporting students in the development of their researcher capabilities (academic tutoring, mentoring, supervision).
  • EduTools for remote education: i.e. developing an integrated computer system supporting  teaching activity, and promoting the use of modern remote education tools.
  • Support of the development and consolidation of the academic staff teaching potential (academic teachers and doctoral students): i.e. building a diverse, multi-level and flexible system of supporting academic teachers in the area of their teaching competence at every stage of their development.
  • Development of students’ and doctoral students’ soft skills as well as support for entrepreneurship and expansion of outreach and community engagement. The priority task for Educational Ecosystem are mentoring actions offered jointly with the Careers Service, intended to develop working policies for involving experts, practitioners from the social and economic environment, including JU alumni, into the education process.
