One of the most important ways of influencing the development of world science is to obtain and participate in international research grants. Increasing the success rate in this regard requires undertaking comprehensive measures, which must include an appropriate system of incentives for prospective grant applicants, mechanisms for creating international research teams, and mechanisms supporting the management and administration of the application process and the implementation of grant-funded research projects. It is important that these mechanisms are properly integrated and use innovative management tools.

This objective will pursued through the following actions: Incentive Program, R2R-Research Collaboration, Travel Fund, Conferences and Seminars, Research Administration.
