The call implements the “Open Access” Policy carried out under the Strategic Programme Excellence Initiative at the Jagiellonian University. The call admits of publications concerned with any of the six research domains set out in the Strategy of the Heritage PRA (in Polish)

Proposals for funding under the call may be submitted by academic researchers employed by the Jagiellonian University, doctoral candidates enrolled at the JU Doctoral School, students of third-cycle studies commenced before academic year 2019/2020, and students of programmes offered by the JU.

Under the call funding is offered to Open Access titles planned for publication in well-established academic journals and magazines.

The pool of funding in the call’s first edition amounts PLN 130,000.

The call opens on 12 Oct. 2020. The first edition’s deadline is 31 Dec. 2020.

Proposals are accepted by sending a complete and signed Application form (see: DOWNLOAD FILES), to pobheritage@uj.edu.pl

Decision on funding awards to papers, chapters and monographs will be published forthwith on the Heritage PRA’s website.
