Comprehensive IT system module
Dear All,
We are happy to announce that the test module of the comprehensive IT system EI.JU Zone was launched. The system combines electronic processing of calls announced in Priority Research Areas, Gates and Support Measures in the Strategic Programme Excellence Initiative at the Jagiellonian University. The system EI.JU Zone has been launched with a view to facilitate the full extent of the EI.JU programme management, including the calls from the point of proposal submission to the point of project settlement and reporting. The system will streamline the cirulation of the documents processed by the EI.JU and communication of administrative units with the teams coordinating individual PRAs, Gates and Support Measures. All documents concerning the EI.JU will be stored in one system, and their electronic circulation will significantly reduce processing time.
